Our kids are incredibly important to us at Element! We're always on the lookout for people interested in either teaching our kids on Sunday mornings, or helping the teachers. the Element kids' department is a blast to be involved in, and we strive to create an environment where our kids learn the foundations of the Bible and of a relationship with God! Background checks are mandatory for all of our childrens' workers. |

Setup crew
|

Description: |
Since we're a mobile church (no permanent building of our own), our setup crew is an integral and vital part of putting on our Sunday morning gatherings! They're responsible for bringing the trailer full of equipment to the theater, bringing all of the equipment into the theaters, and setting up rooms for use by various ministries. No experience necessary (we'll train), but you should like getting your hands dirty (figuratively, not literally :), working with a team, take direction well, and be fully functional early in the morning :) This team works hard, and has a great time getting to know each other and performing the essential behind-the-scenes setup in the process! |

We'd love to help you explore this as an area of involvement for you...No experience necessary, but you should be able to take direction well, work as a team, and like the student ministry environment (which involves a lot of patience, a great sense of humor, and the ability to relate to teenagers). |

An important part of our Welcoming Crew is our Café, an area setup at the back of the lobby to provide coffee, tea, and snacks for our Element community. This position is responsible for making coffee, setting up the tables, and bringing in the snacks (which are reimbursed by the church). No experience necessary - You should just be a good detail person, conscientious, and love being a part of a team that helps all of our community feel cared for and welcome! |

If you're a player with a desire to contribute to the worship vibe and leadership at Element, this might be for you! You don't have to have experience in playing in the church, but you should play at a semi-pro to pro level (whether you've ever played for cash or not :) , in tune and with solid rhythm. You should have your own gear, take direction well, and not just be looking for a gig. You should also resonate with the style of music at Element, which is pretty non-traditional. Requires an audition and interview (although it's pretty laid-back :) |

You don't have to have extensive experience, but you should be able to sing in tune, with good tone, and be able to take direction well. Should resonate with the style of music we do, which is pretty non-traditional. You'll be primarily singing support vocals, including harmonies and doubling melody lines. Our singers are an integral part of helping to lead others in worship...Audition and interview required (but it's pretty laid-back ;) |
